MASSAGE THERAPY
A quiet, restorative bodywork practice designed to support the nervous system, release held tension, and return the body to a more natural state of balance.
This work draws from a range of modalities including New Body Therapy, Thai massage, Reiki, and other body-based practices such as lomi lomi, shiatsu, and remedial techniques. Each session is intuitive and responsive, guided by what is present rather than a fixed sequence.
The approach is slow, grounded, and deeply attentive, working with the body rather than on it.
Sessions may incorporate gentle touch, subtle movement, breath awareness, and energetic alignment to support restoration, regulation, and overall wellbeing depending on client needs.

APPROACH
Each session is tailored to the individual.
Some sessions are deeply still and subtle, others may involve more physical bodywork or movement. The intention is not to force change, but to create the conditions for the body to soften, reorganise, and restore itself.
This is a space to pause, to recalibrate, and to reconnect.

Please let me know prior to your session if you have any allergies or sensitivities to oils.
I currently use almond oil as a base. Alternative options can be arranged where needed.
