ABOUT ISHA
I’ve always been drawn to the creative arts, yet quietly alongside that, the healing arts have been a steady presence in my life. In my 20's, I studied Thai, Shiatsu, and Lomi Lomi massage, and felt a gentle pull toward acupuncture and Ayurveda. For a time, my creative path took the lead, guiding me through a degree in fashion and eventually into interior and lifestyle design—my true calling.
Yet throughout the thread of healing remained, quietly shaping my journey. From ancient wisdom to somatic practices, this thread has guided me back to wholeness and deeper understanding of the body, mind, and spirit. Of myself. Of listening.
Over the years, I’ve worked with the very bones of the buildings I create for my clients, and I’m lit up by the connection this awakens—a connection that our ancestors knew and embodied through sacred architecture and design.
It is from this weaving of creativity, architecture, and healing that my work has grown into something deeply personal. Today, I feel honoured to share these embodied practices with those ready to explore restoration, renewal, and gentle transformation.
