ORIGINS OF NEW BODY THERAPY
New Body Therapy is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that works with the body’s innate intelligence to release stored stress and restore balance.
Rooted in the principles of Body Stress Release (a modality developed in South Africa and now practised worldwide), this work has evolved to address not only physical tension, but also the subtle patterns where emotional and mental stress are held within the body.
Through studying and practising this work, I’ve been guided into a profound exploration of the body—discovering how specific muscles and bones can hold the imprints of past experiences, and how gently listening to these areas allows the body to let go in its own time.
This therapy supports the nervous system to unwind, creating space for greater ease, wholeness, and vitality. It is a privilege to offer this work and to support others in reconnecting with their body’s natural capacity to heal
